    • Registration fee included coffee breaks, lunch, and lecture materials.
    • Registration form without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
    • The conference secretary will send a letter of confirmation upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. Kindly check a confirmation letter. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the secretary.
  • Cancellation policy:
    • Only before 15th October 2022: Refundable 50% of the registration fee
    • The program is subjected to change without prior notice. In case of the cancellation of the meeting, all paid is fully refund.
    • All personal information collected will solely use for registration and communication purpose.

 

Call for Abstract

The 14th Southeast Asia Regional Scientific Meeting of the International Epidemiological Association and International Conference on Public Health and Sustainable Development (SEA-IEA 2022) which will be held between 23-25 November 2022 in Chiang Rai, Thailand in the collaborations several national and international health organizations such World Health Organization (WHO), IEA, Ministry of Public Health Thailand, Health System Research Institute, Mae Fah Luang University, etc.

The conference is welcoming the submissions related to the following topics:

  1. Covid-19
  2. Medical Technology and Innovation
  3. Non-Infectious Disease and Injury
  4. HIV AIDS and Infectious Disease
  5. Health System and Determinant
  6. Woman and Reproductive Health
  7. Border and Minority Health
  8. Mental Health
  9. Occupational and Environmental Health
  10. Physical Activities, Exercise and Nutrition
  11. Other

All submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the conference scientific committee. We encourage authors who have original and unpublished research findings to submit a paper to present in the conference.

Oral and Poster Presentation Instructions

Oral presentation

Oral sessions are live sessions facilitated  by a chairperson. A presentation is spared  7-10 minutes followed by 5 minutes for Q&A, which should not be exceeded 15 minutes in total.

Your slides:
8-10 slides should be prepared  in form of PPT including the introduction and end slide.
• Please don’t forget to take an extra copy of your presentation to the venue (USB-stick and/or send it to your email).
• Be sure that the slides have the same layout in the entire presentation.
• Observe that the content of each slide is not too detailed.
• The possibilities of animations are numerous, please do not exaggerate.
• Using the appropriate font size which is not too large or small (minimum 20px).
• Graphs and figures are often better than tables at an oral presentation. Flow charts are very appropriate to describe material.
• If you wish to add films or other sorts of interactive materials, please include these in the presentation (do not access them through internet,
as this may not work to your satisfaction) and inform the IEA-SEA 2022 Conference Office beforehand.

Poster instruction

Posters are organized into conference tracks (topics) in printed form.  All accepted posters should be displayed the scheduled time in the conference.
Posters are desired to present during coffee/tea break sessions on 23 and 24 November 2022.

Here are some tips on how to prepare your poster:
• Bring the conclusion up front in the poster and present it as bullets.
• Avoid long sentences but try to make all your text messages in bullets.
• Avoid detailed tables but try to illustrate your results in graphs and flow charts.
• Colors can be used to stress certain sections, but do not exaggerate.
